SHIPPING

Al Bahri orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. For all orders of €100 or more, you do not have to pay shipping costs; for orders under €100, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

RETURNS

The return period for our products is 14 days. Before returning, an email must first be sent to info@albahri.nl with a photo of the product and the reason for the return.

After mutual agreement, we will gladly receive the package, after which the full purchase amount will be refunded.

The return must be sent back in the same way it was shipped (in a box with foam).

However, some important matters must be considered:

There is a seal on the product packaging that must not be broken. This means, for example, that the packaging may not be opened to smell it and must be returned even if the scent is disappointing.

Because we are dealing with cosmetics/food products, returns may be refused by the supplier due to invalid return reasons based on hygiene laws/regulations.

Complaints are not applicable in any way to customers.

  • This applies to matters such as prices/discounts after the end of any discount periods.

  • Also, damage caused during shipping generally cannot be claimed. However, if the damage is so severe that the products can no longer be used, if contents are missing, or if there are other serious inconveniences, a photo of the damage can be sent to info@albahri.nl and we will investigate whether this issue was indeed caused during transport or if the damage may have occurred afterward.

Of course, we always ensure that orders are packaged in such a way that the products are not damaged or nearly damaged during transport. We would also like to mention that based on the product packaging, we can determine whether the damage was caused by transport or by the customer. Upon delivery, our couriers take a photo of the package, and these are stored in our system, from which we can determine whether the damage claim is justified or not.

Minor damage, such as scratches or other damage that does not impair the usability of the product, is not recognized as claimable damage.
